Over the last 30 years, John has held multiple senior business and commercial leadership roles with BG Group, Wison, and New Age along with advisory roles with FTI Consulting. Extensive gas, LNG and oil experience including floating facilities and onshore terminals. The leadership of Dragon LNG, a critical LNG terminal in the UK, during construction and into operations. Developed and negotiated the commercial agreements and regulatory framework for projects, including upstream and gas transmission pipelines with both customers and regulators.

With upstream and LNG development, construction, operations, and economic regulation experience, John has a strong track record as Managing Director of JVs & leading multi $bn commercial transactions and investments. As VP for BG Group, he led oil, gas and LNG commercialisation and development of related processing and pipeline infrastructure in Egypt, Brazil, SE Asia, and the UK.
