- Identifying and securing high-potential oil and gas field development opportunities
- Coordinating pre-license efforts with host governments and their affiliates
FIeld / Asset Development
- Preparing preliminary and full field development plans
- Designing and executing workover and drilling operations
- Coordinating the FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) process for upstream and downstream Oil & Gas facilities, as well as overseeing construction and commissioning
- Developing field development tender strategies and documentation
- Managing supply chain logistics, including customs coordination
- Establishing and implementing Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability (HSES) policies, along with personnel training and regulatory compliance plans, permits, and approvals
- Fostering relationships with local communities surrounding project fields and CSR Management

- Optimisation of production, identification of subsurface and surface debottlenecking opportunities
- Overseeing maintenance and repair of operating facilities

- Conducting economic and fiscal modelling
- Commercial modelling for field development
- Advising on Development and Production Contracts, including PSCs and Technical Service Contracts
- Procuring legal support in partnership with our dedicated external legal advisory team
- Coordinating with government auditors for cost recovery audits
- Procuring regulatory guidance on trade, taxation, labour, visas, and work permits
